Croatia, Denmark, USA, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Greece, Hungry, Korea DM Republic, Mexico, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland y Sweden. *Excludes islands.
Are the prices on Doña Carmen online the same as in stores?
Prices are the same as in our physical stores, unless there is a special online promotion.
Are “sold out” items restocked?
All sold out items are either restocked as soon as possible or removed from the website.
Will I receive the same item that appears in the picture?
The purpose of the pictures is to provide a detailed view of each product. It is possible that some items that are handmade and have many details may differ slightly from the pictures. For products with this possibility, this will be noted in the product information.
Do I have to register to place an order?
Yes, you will need to register. Once you have done so, you can view your purchases and modify your personal information.
Can I return a product bought online if I don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?
Yes, you can return up to 30 days from the date or purchase, by either bringing it to one of our stores or sending it back to the following address. In either case, please include the receipt that arrived with your purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will arrive in an estimated 7-9 days. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that may cause your order to take longer to arrive, we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you, in case you wish to cancel the order.

Can orders be cancelled?
Yes, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet. You can request a cancellation at firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if the product I receive is different from what I ordered or arrives damaged?
We will exchange or replace it at no charge.
Can items be returned to a Doña Carmen store?
Yes they can, showing the purchase receipt that arrived with the order.
Returns for CHRISTENING products
In all the articles of "COLECCION BAUTIZO" – “CHRISTENING COLLECTION” (dresses, rompers, bonnets, bloomers, christening towels) will be limited the dates for changes or returns EXCLUSIVELY to fifteen calendar days upon arrival to our Web Returns Department. No exceptions will be taken.
Returns from COLONIA DOÑA CARMEN
As it is a hygienic product, Colonia de Baño Doña Carmen does not accept returns. No exceptions will be made of any rank.
What security measures does the virtual POS have?
The virtual POS has the S.E.C. (Secure Electronic Commerce) system, which permits verification of the cardholder with their Issuing Bank.
Which cards are accepted as payment?
By default, the Virtual POS accepts all credit and debit cards pertaining to the Visa and Mastercard brands.
