General Policy: If you wish to return a product within 30 days from the date of purchase, you can do so in two ways:
1- bring it into any of our stores, providing the purchase receipt that arrived with the order.

Return of Defective Products
In the event that the product is deemed inferior to the product specified in the contract at the moment of delivery, please contact us immediately at email@example.com, providing us with the product information as well as the problem.
The address is the same for all returns:
We will carefully inspect the returned product and communicate the product refund or exchange to you by email in a reasonable period of time.
The amounts paid for returned products due to imperfections or defects will be refunded in full, including shipping costs incurred in returning the products to us. The refund will be returned to the same method of payment with which you placed the order.
Terms and conditions for orders within the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and Baleares.
Rest of destinations, Canary Islands and International, do not allow changes. Refund will be made directly in the same way as the payment of the items, returned in time and estimated form.
For any exchange or refund outside of Spain, Doña Carmen will pay the amount of the refund in the same way that payment of the order was made. If you want a new size or color you must make a new order.
Returns for CHRISTENING products
In all the articles of "COLECCION BAUTIZO" – “CHRISTENING COLLECTION” (dresses, rompers, bonnets, bloomers, christening towels) will be limited the dates for changes or returns EXCLUSIVELY to fifteen calendar days upon arrival to our Web Returns Department. No exceptions will be taken.
