Purchase conditions:
These conditions are concluded, between, on the one hand the company Doña Carmen and, on the other hand, the people who wish to make a purchase through the Doña Carmen website from now on called "The User".
The issuance of orders will be made on the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Orders will also be issued to Portugal Peninsular, France*, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg. *Except Islands, Croatia, Denmark, USA, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Korea DM Republic, Mexico, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Switzerland and Sweden.
These conditions refer exclusively to non -merchants. The parties agree that their relations will be regulated exclusively by this contract. If a condition came to be missing, it would be considered regulated by the uses and customs in force in the remote sale sector according to the standards of the Professional Code of the Distance Sale Association.
1. Object
The present conditions are intended to define the modalities of sale between Doña Carmen and the user, the order to the services, through the payment and delivery. These conditions regulate all the necessary stages to order and guarantee the monitoring of this order between the contracting parties.
2. Order
The user can make their order through the online device. From the file of any article the size, color and units are selected and added to the shopping cart.
Once all the desired items have been selected, you can check the list of the selection made in the "My basket" window.
If you are as the order is made using the "Formalize order" button. At this time, your shipping and payment method will be requested.
The fact for the user to make the order is equivalent to the full and whole acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and of the general sales conditions, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded. Any conflict over this last point will be resolved with the possibility of a possible change and the application of the guarantees mentioned below. Doña Carmen will process orders provided that the items are available. In the absence of product availability, Doña Carmen undertakes to inform the user as soon as possible.
In case of exhausted products, the amount of the same will be paid in the same way that the payment was made.
3. Delivery
The delivery of the orders will be made in the address indicated by the user when ordering or in the store chosen in case of store collection.
Store collection: They will be delivered to the selected store between 3/5 working days from their purchase. After sending your order you will receive an informative email and a few days later they will contact you with you from store to inform you when your order is ready to collect. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to be able to pick it up. In case of not collecting your order, the products will return to our warehouse and we will give you a voucher for the same amount to use on the web (without expiration date).
Shipping: In case of absence of the home, the company contracted to make the delivery will contact the user on the phone provided by the same when making the order to arrange the delivery. After the maximum storage period, the package will be returned to Doña Carmen and the round trip expenses in case it is not possible to deliver due to causes outside Doña Carmen will not be reimbursed to the user.
Packages cannot be delivered in a mail section.
Doña Carmen undertakes to deliver the articles in charge as soon as possible. The average deadlines observed for the delivery of the available items are approximately 2/3 days from the effective output of the package of our warehouse for peninsular orders. For international shipments, orders will be delivered between 5/6 days.
This does not mean that circumstances can occur that delay the delivery in which case the client will be notified as soon as possible.
The rejection of the package will generate shipping and management expenses by the user.
The user, unless he chooses the store collection option, must add a global sum corresponding to order treatment expenses to the order amount. These additional expenses are composed of fixed expenses for participation in packaging and shipping costs:

The cost of shipping is € 55. If the order entails customs process, the cost of the same will be in charge of the client.

As we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict what they can be, the client must pay the additional charges for the customs office. These charges are not included in the purchase price of Doña Carmen products. We will not be responsible for paying import/tax/fees under any circumstances.
4. Payment methods

Clicking on "Authorize Payment" You are confirming that the credit card is yours or that it is the legitimate holder of the gift card or subscription card. To minimize the unauthorized access risk, your credit card data will be coded. The credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the entity issuing them, but if said entity did not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.
5. Prices
The prices of the website include VAT, but they exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due as exposed in our purchase conditions (2. Envio)
Prices should be understood in euros. They take into account VAT applicable to order day. Any modification in the applicable VAT type will be reflected in the prices of the products. The prices that will be applied are those in force at the time of validating the purchase, except in case of manifest error.
Prices can change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders with respect to those who have already sent an order confirmation.
With respect to the existence of errors or inaccuracies on the website and because the contents have been written according to good faith and will be remedied by Doña Carmen as soon as possible and as soon as you have knowledge of this.
In orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or extra -community countries, deliveries will be exempt from VAT, understanding the price that appears in the articles.
6. Value Added Tax.
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, of the Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles shall be understood as located in the Spanish VAT application territory if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 7a. GUARANTEES
Any article can be changed or reimbursed except the products that carry a contrary mention.
Transportation expenses originated by the change or by the return due to dissatisfaction by the client will be in charge of the user.
If the change or return were due to an error by the services of Doña Carmen, Doña Carmen would reimburse the return expenses.
7b. Right of withdrawal
The buyer will have 30 calendar days from the day of the purchase to give up the contract without any penalty and without indication of the reasons.
The costs generated by the return will be assumed by the user. In no case will returns against reimbursements be accepted.
Given the reception of a defective product, the user must inform customer service info@donacarmen.es about what happened and will be Mrs. Carmen who processes the collection or solution of the case. User shipping costs will not be assumed.
7c. Legal guarantee reminder

8. Signature and test
The user must register to make the purchase.

In all articles of the "Baptism and Aras and ceremony collection" (skirts, pears, capotas, panties, baptism towels, jesusines, drinksmen), the deadline for their change will be limited solely and exclusively, without any exception, to the fourteen calendar days following the arrival of the article to the client.
In the legally planned terms, the right to reimburse the paid, will only operate in the fourteen calendar days following the date on which the article has been received by the consumer.
12. Defective articles returns
In cases where it is considered that the product does not conform to what is stipulated in the contract at the time of delivery you must contact us immediately at info@donacarmen.es facilitating product data as well as the damage it suffers, the original packaging and some photography. Each order is thoroughly reviewed, so claims for defective products will not be addressed when it is appreciated that the garments have been used, manipulated or deteriorated.
We will proceed to examine the case and communicate by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement of the same (if applicable).
It will be Dona Carmen who determines the model of collection or sending of the defective product, so that the customer should not incur cost. We will not assume shipping costs incurred by the client without prior agreement with Mrs. Carmen.

13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this legal notice, as well as any other issue related to the services and products of this website, will be the Spanish law.
