PICKUP IN STORE: they will be delivered to the selected store within 3/5 business days from your purchase. After submitting your order you will receive an informative email and a few days later they will contact you by phone from the store to inform you when your order is ready for pickup.
HOME SHIPPING:
The average times observed for the delivery of available items are approximately 2/3 days from the effective departure of the package from our warehouse for PENINSULAR orders. For International shipments, orders will be delivered approximately between 5/6 days. Orders outside of Europe may take a few days longer depending on the customs process. If your order is very urgent, contact info@donacarmen.es and we will expedite it for you.
RETURNS: You can exchange it in store completely free of charge. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make a return. For any size change you have to make a new purchase with the size you need. If you want more information about the available options here
