We want your experience with our Collection christening and Ceremony is special and carefree. For this reason, we remind you that in all the items in this collection (skirts, Rompers, hoods, panties, baptism towels, jesusines and bibs) the period to make changes is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If for any reason you need a refund, you can request it within 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order, in accordance with current regulations.

COMPOSITION
SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
PICKUP IN STORE: they will be delivered to the selected store within 3/5 business days from your purchase. After submitting your order you will receive an informative email and a few days later they will contact you by phone from the store to inform you when your order is ready for pickup.
HOME SHIPPING:
The average times observed for the delivery of available items are approximately 2/3 days from the effective departure of the package from our warehouse for PENINSULAR orders. For International shipments, orders will be delivered approximately between 5/6 days. Orders outside of Europe may take a few days longer depending on the customs process. If your order is very urgent, contact info@donacarmen.es and we will expedite it for you.
RETURNS: You can exchange it in store completely free of charge. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make a return. For any size change you have to make a new purchase with the size you need. If you want more information about the available options here
